One Simple Tool To Get You Back On Track

There's a very good reason why gratitude gets so much time in the sun.

Here's three very easy ways to weild the powerful weapon of gratitude, to slay negative thinking:

- Each day journal three things that you're thankful for. Do it every day, forcing you to go deeper and deeper into your reservoir of good things, small and large.

- Reflect at the end of each day on YOUR magic moment. When did you nail it? From the cup of tea you made to the big grant you secured to a positive interaction with a stranger. There is always something.

- At the end of your conscious morning practice, ask yourself the question 'what am I grateful for?'. Then notice the FEELING that goes with that musing and remember it through the course of the day.

What's something that you're grateful for in this very moment?
