It’s no wonder so many feel like they are moving through mud instead of dancing on air.
So how do we shift back toward the boogie? How do we find the sparkle in our eyes, the ecstasy amongst the agony?
For many, like us punk hippy weirdos, yoga is the answer!
A regular yoga practice is pressing the reset button each day, every day, again and again. Every time we roll out the mat, sit in meditation, study and reflect on the juicy philosophies we’re giving ourselves the chance to clear out the heaviness of the mind. The stress, the worry, the self-doubt, the constant daft chatter, it sweeps away the muck that steals our joy.
Think of your daily practice as putting on your rainbow gear, in a world that can often feel beige as f**k. Each time you move, breathe, and connect, with awareness you’re participating in the great, messy, colourful adventure of being human.
