A Small Tale Of Seeing

On the weekend I was walking on Yaegl Country, with my surfboard under my arm, from Minnie Water to Ilaroo. I decided to walk the beach way which was very rocky most of the way, with just some delightful patches of soft easy sand.

Due to the nature of the ground - and that I had ny most prized, dusty pink custom Darcy board under my arm - i was very focused to where I was walking. One foot step after another. I was deeply meditative to the experience. Then a remembering from within - ‘look up’. This happened many times along the way and each time I looked up and placed my gaze more expensively, I would slightly alter my course to the new easier path I could see beyond just the step of one foot.

This seeing - both to the micro and the macro - is darsanam. The refinement to the course that comes as a result, is yoga.
