Letting Go and Saying Hello

Regardless of what calendar, what faith, or what location on the globe you ‘re currently positioned, right now, there is a vast portion of the worlds population celebrating a letting go and a saying hello to whats next!

I love this, for it is very much the practice of yoga on mass. Celebrating the moment in unison, decompressing and letting go of what was and opening up to the potential of what’s next.

However this can be marketed as a highly superficial, wildy glossy, noisy, stressful and intense process than can cause a whole plethora of emotions and states of mind that might just further distract, confuse and displace from center.

SO the practice of going deeper to stay calm, peaceful, compassionate is so important right now. It is essential in order to tap into the incredible potency of this collective connection, the togetherness, the gratitude, the sharing and caring that is bubbling through community, all the while remaining free of all the old story and expectation. Otherwise we may fall into the trap of the superficial, the old patterns and propagate further suffering and miss this wonderful moment of presence.

Not easy! But you have to the tools. You have your body so move it with presence, you have your breath so move it when feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you have your mind so keep clearing it and elevating it to take in the incredible view this life has to offer and this special moment in time, the now.
