I was a serial night owl and mornings my internal battleground. When I became a yoga teacher 11 years ago, having an easy relationship with sunrise became my first experiment in changing some of my deepest conditioning.

I still love an occasional late night when all is quiet but waking with the sun is woven into my fabric. An invisible good habit that's so ingrained, it happens naturally.
